Common Propane Tank Sizes We Service

100 Pound Tank—Tank holds 23.6 gallons of propane.

This applies to houses with just two or more seldom-used gas appliances, including a stove, fire logs, or a space heater.

**UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT FILL THIS SIZE

120 Gallon Tank—Tank holds 96 gallons of propane.

These tanks typically contain enough propane to fuel two or more propane-powered appliances, such as fireplaces, space heaters, dryers, ovens, and dryers. These tanks can’t provide enough heat to a whole house.

250 Gallon Tank—Tank holds 200 gallons of propane.

You could require one of these tanks if you have three or more propane appliances, such as water heaters, ranges, clothes dryers, and generators. However, they are not big enough to heat an entire house.

500 Gallon Tank—Tank holds 400 gallons of propane.

You’ll need This tank size if you use propane to heat your house. It can run whole-house heating and propane-powered equipment, including water heaters, ovens, laundry dryers, and generators

1000 Gallon Tank—Tank holds 800 gallons of propane.

Hands down one of the best companies I have dealt with. Very caring too. Two years ago when there was a shortage of oil , this company took me as a new customer when the current company I used could not deliver. Last winter I went through a very difficult time and this company worked with me to pay the bill. Not only did they deliver the oil before I could pay they worked with me until I paid the bill off. Susquehanna Oil & Propane is absolutely the only business I've found that in the time of need would help me!! They answered our phone call & while they could not get to us right away did call back & come through when no other company including our own would or could deliver for another 2 days!! They were very professional & no lectures on why you should be with "our company " instead of ..... And in all of my worries I didn't realize he didn't charge me a delivery fee or any emergency fee! What a Caring person!!! 😇
